Colleagues, I wonder if anyone else is having this problem. I installed the SR1 for Studio 2017 and at first everything seemed fine. Now, when I start up the program, I get a dialogue telling me "The requested data file could not be located". And no Studio. It just vanishes. solution in SDL KB

It would appear that the solution is to be found in this SDL Knowledge Base article, just posted a couple of hours ago: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000004789 It works, but it should not have been necessary. My point about rushed updates is still valid.

Not being able to solve this
Aug 8, 2017
I'm having the same issue, except I can't seem to locate TranslationMemoryRepository.xml to rename it. Hence Studio 2017 is useless to me. Going to try to contact SDL Customer Support, but that never is an easy thing to do unless you harass them on Twitter.

Thank you so much for this solution. In a very busy time the least I needed was Studio 2019 not to work. And you Studio guys - that problem should never have existed - please take care of it in the next update.
Kind regards Poul Denmark
