(intrapreso dal Fallimento XYZ che aveva preannunciato azione di rivendica)

Aus einem Gerichtsbeschluss, in dem es um Vorfälle geht, an denen ein Unternehmen beteiligt ist, BEVOR und NACHDEM es für insolvent erklärt wurde.
Die wiederkehrende italienische Formel lautet XYZ (NAME) in bonis/ Fallimento XYZ, um diesen Unterschied des Unternehmens vor und nach der Insolvenz zu kennzeichnen, d.h. nach der Insolvenz wird das "Fallimento" Teil des Eigennamens.
Kann mir jemand sachkundig weiterhelfen, wie das im Deutschen gehandhabt wird?
