Cuando se habla de derecho penal se utiliza el término con diferentes significados, de acuerdo con lo que se desee hacer referencia; de tal modo, puede hablarse manera preliminar de un Derecho penal sustantivo y, por otro lado, del Derecho penal adjetivo o procesal penal.
El primero de ellos está constituido por lo que generalmente se conoce como código penal o leyes penales de fondo, que son las normas promulgadas por el Estado, que establecen los delitos y las penas, mientras que el derecho procesal penal es el conjunto de normas destinadas a establecer el modo de aplicación de las mismas.

When speaking of criminal law, the term has different meanings depending on what it references; thus, it is possible to speak, in a preliminary manner, of substantive criminal law, and on the other hand, of criminal procedural law.
The first of these includes what is commonly known as criminal code or criminal laws. These are the rules promulgated by the State that specify the crimes and punishments, while the set of rules designed to define the implementation thereof is criminal procedural law.

Source text - Spanish El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar resultados experimentales del uso del plasma (Abnormal Glow Discharge – AGD) para procesar el WC-Co, los cuales muestran algunas ventajas sobre el procesamiento tradicional. Se muestra que existe una activación y mejoramiento de la sinterización atribuidos a efectos superficiales (interacción plasma-superficie del material) y consecuentes efectos volumétricos (esfuerzos mecánicos por gradientes de densificación). También se muestra que existe una modificación de la superficie y formación de films sobre el WC-Co durante el ciclo térmico, lo cual demuestra la potencialidad del uso del AGD para sinterizar y formar films en un único ciclo y dentro de un mismo equipo.
Translation - English The objective of this work is to show the experimental results of the use of plasma (Abnormal Glow Discharge - AGD) to process WC-Co, which shows some advantages when compared to traditional processing. The existence of activation and sintering improvements due to surface effects (interaction between plasma and the surface of the material), and consequently volumetric effects (mechanical stresses due to densification gradients), are shown. Also, a modification of the surface and film formation over the WC-Co during the thermal cycle shows the potential use of AGD for sintering and forming films in a single cycle within a single equipment.
