I am a freelance English to Spanish translator specializing in legal and financial translations as well as in marketing-related texts.
I launched my freelance translation business after a successful 5-year career in teaching English as an in-company teacher (working within companies) and after having completed a degree in Public Translations, both of which experiences gave me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of texts and documents.
During my four-year-long degree in Translations included studies in Linguistics, Grammar (of both languages), Theories and Methodologies of Translation and Law.
I also trained in different cat tools such as Wordfast, Metatexis and SDL Trados, as well as in other relevant software such as Microsoft Office 2016, Dragon Naturally Speaking, etc. I have purchased SDL TRADOS Studio Freelance 2017.
