Blue Board - What do EQOTP letters mean on ratings?

When consulting the Blue Board I've noticed this new feature, but I have not found any explanation of what the different letters mean.

Members who bought plus subscription can add extra info to their feedback. It's Easy/Enjoyable to work with, considers Quality, straightforward On-boarding, adheres to Terms and reasonable Payment terms. You can hover above the letters, there is usually a tooltip. A translator can even leave a comment with his or her rating, with further clarification. They are purely illustrative and don't affect outsourcers directly (unlike 1s and 2s in LWA), but are still somewhat helpful to... See more

Since 6 months have already passed, shouldn't the BB FAQ have been updated accordingly? As things stand, that looks like an undocumented feature (and looking for threads buried in the fora isn't exactly handy or intuitive).
