Obivously that is a bad job offer Aug 12, 2018

Also in South Korea, that offer is not acceptable.
But someone would take it.
So in my case, I will pass that job posting.

Only vs additional income Aug 12, 2018

Or are there translators, for example in Germany or England, who are willing to work for this kind of payment?

That might depend on whether the translation income is their only source of income.

Half the world Aug 12, 2018

Who applies for jobs that pay USD 0,02 per source word? (...) This would mean I earn 50 Dollars a day!

Half the world applies. According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(PPP)_per_capita , IMF data, the median value among the 187 rated countries is 12,487 dollars per year. At 250 working days per year, that's quite exactly 50 $/day.

Yet there is an overwhelming number of those, including professionals, who demonstrate little, if any, resistance to doing unpaid test translations. Usually, it's only for short one off jobs between 1000 and 2000 words.
Once you've taken the test, done the paperwork, you've cut your rate by half.
Without any warranty that the next time, the company won't "try" another translator
or submit yet another test! After all, there really should be one test for each job!
