Did you perhaps make an omission when transcribing your source text? If so, I would translate your question as as "del presente contrato y los mencionados anexos y documentos".

In any case, the sentence as you copied it is syntactically incomplete: is there nothing before it? The problem is that "are" lacks a subject.
"Hereof" refers to the terms of that document (the one you are translating).
"Thereof" refers to the terms of something else already mentioned, perhaps "valid and legally binding obligations". If there are in fact two agreements in question (which I doubt because both have a capital A), then depending on context it could perhaps refer to the other agreement.
First of all, I'd try and locate the subject of "are". That may well be what "thereof" is referring to, but as I said, it is missing in the excerpt.
