La ausencia de fuentes visuales y la prácticamente inexistente cobertura crítica de la muestra puede atribuirse al hecho de que esta fue levantada pocos días después de inaugurarse. Según el director del espacio, él mismo tomó esta decisión ante el hecho de que, en el marco de un paro de los ordenanzas del Centro Cultural, estos comenzaron a ejercer agresiones de índole homofóbicas sobre las paredes de la sala y sobre las obras.
