Translation - English 1. Customization projects cover the entire facility (generally 1,000-5,000 racks), wholesale projects are by module (generally 50-1,000 racks), and most retail projects are under 50 racks.
2. Since 2022, XXX has entered into contracts with the XXX Project and the XXX Project. There is a large demand for rack resources in the short term. XXX tends to use the customization (exc. power) model, though some wholesale orders use the inc. power model.
3. In Q1 2023, XXX entered into a contract with the XXX. At present, we have not seen any large-scale orders. Considering that Q1 will be the start of the annual expansion plan for most industry customers, the urgency for customers to enter into agreements is not strong. The relatively low amount of new contracts in Q1 does not represent a slowdown in market demand. According to market feedback, the demand for IDCs in the Greater Beijing Area is on the rise.

Translation - English Z-type paperboard: the machine uses 3-layer B flute Z-type continuous paperboard (CB60 specification: 160/170/160g/㎡) with a width range of 400–1000mm (the width can be customised according to actual customer package specifications). Translation - English The Issuer has warranted that it has provided the original written materials, copied materials, photocopied materials, and confirmation letters or certificates required by the Firm for the issuance of this legal opinion; that all documents and materials provided to the Firm are true, accurate, complete, and effective, with no concealment of records, false statements, or major omissions; and that all provided copies or photocopies are exactly the same as their originals. On this basis, the Firm has used a combination of methods such as interviews, desktop reviews, site inspections, inquiries, external confirmations, and reviews to verify and confirm the relevant facts in a reasonable and complete manner.
In accordance with the provisions of the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of the Provision of Securities Legal Services by Law Firms, the Rules on Securities Legal Practice by Law Firms (For Trial Implementation), and the Trial Administrative Measures and Supporting Guidelines, as well as the facts that had occurred or existed before the date on which this legal opinion was issued, the Firm and the lawyers responsible for this legal opinion have strictly performed their statutory duties, adhered to the principles of diligence and honesty, and carried out sufficient verification and confirmation. The Firm and the lawyers responsible for this legal opinion warrant that the facts identified therein are true, accurate, and complete, that the conclusion of the legal opinion is legal and accurate; that there are no falsified records, misleading statements, or major omissions contained within; and that they shall bear legal responsibility for the aforementioned.
