Finnish term

Tromboplastiiniaika,lähi

Finnish to English Medical Medical (general)
From a list of tests ordered by a doctor:

Koodi: 4520
Tutkimus- tai hoitotoimenpide: P- TT-INTRL Tromboplastiiniaika,lähi (9533)

What does "lähi" mean in this context?

Also:
Is "lähi" what the final "L" stands for in the code "P- TT-INTRL", and in other similar test codes such as "P -ALATL", "P -NaL", etc.?

Thank you

point of care

The more common term in Finnish would be "vieritesti", but e.g. Orion seems to market their diagnostic tests with the word "lähitesti". It's a rapid test taken (and read) at the bedside, instead of the laboratory, hence the "point of care" or POC.
However, the "P" (plasma) in the beginning of the test (P- TT-INTRL) would indicate a blood sample, so it could be a checking of a POC test result in a laboratory or sloppy documentation by the doctor, or then the system only allows this kind of test to be documented, hence the "lähi" at the end.
