11 .Payment and settlement methods
1) Party B shall pay the first month's rent price of Kuwaiti Dinars 11144.164 before the transfer of lease items, pay the second month's rent price within 60 days after the signing of the contract, and pay the third month's rent price within 90 days after the signing of the contract, and then pay the monthly rent price to Party A on a monthly basis mutatis mutandis.
2 ) Party B shall notify Party A in writing 14 days prior to the expiration of this contract if it needs to renew the contract. After the renewal, Party B shall make the payment on a monthly basis before the 5th of the following month .The lease price shall be calculated in accordance with Article 4 of this contract if the rent term is less than one month.
3) Party B shall pay the amount generated from this Contract in cash and/or cheque and shall not deduct or credit this Contract for other accounts under any excuse.
4) At any time, Party B shall not require Party A to provide Tax clearance certificate (TCC).
