Dutch term
cluster PCA (poss. Dutch governement body)

abbreviation on Dutch tax return
After the discussion we had on the forum, please find the question here. It didn't seem to be so straightforward as I thought it was at first sight.
This government service/department features on a Dutch tax return for water board and council tax (waterschaps- en gemeentebelasting) at the bottom (numbers to contact for info).
Please see the exact context, I have nothing more, I'm afraid.
Informatie over de betaling:
*cluster PCA*
tel No. xxx
There are several so-called clusters part of the Dutch ministries which have certain responsibilities (cluster Belastingen, for example), so this must be one of those too, but I can't seem to find anything about it. I have found one in the past whose abbreviation had become their name as the abbr. no longer applied, but here there seems to be nothing.
Surely, the statistics department (see discussion in the Dutch proz-forum on this) can't be handing out info on paying taxes?
So the question is what it is exactly or what the abbreviation stands for and whether it should be translated or not.
