Discussion

Michal Circolone (asker) Jun 25, 2009:
Thanks! <br>Albeit it doesn't apply for this text I entered this rendering to my personal glossary, just in case I come across it with Psychology related text. :)
Lingopro Jun 25, 2009:
Michal, it seems both Akiva and Doron are right, however, I found a document on the web (about psychological evaluation) that says DISC = Diagnostic Interview Scheduled for Children. I know your question is in the business/financial field, so this may be irrelevant to you, but I thought I'll bring it to your attention.

הייתי מתרגם את זה כך:
דומיננטיות/השפעה/התמדה/מסירות
האחרון יכול להיות גם 'מצפוניות' אבל זה לא נשמע כל כך טוב...
Peer comment(s):

disagree Jonathan Addess : התמדה is perseverance. Steadiness is יציבות. And regarding cconscientiousness - it is indeed מצפוניות. מסירות is devotion.

Yes, but if one's not too literal, then התמדה is what it means. יציבות is hardly a management quality.

פרופיל שליטה/השפעה/יציבות/מצפוניות

Excerpted from the attached link:
Conscientiousness is the trait of being painstaking and careful, or the quality of acting according to the dictates of one's conscience. It includes such elements as self-discipline, carefulness, thoroughness, organization, deliberation (the tendency to think carefully before acting), and need for achievement. It is an aspect of what was traditionally called character.
