אני מבין שאת עוסקת בחוקת ארה"ב, מדובר בקבוצה ממונה של אנשים המייצגים את המדינות ותפקידם (הטקסי) לבחור את הנשיא, לאחר שמתפרסמות תוצאות הבחירות במדינות השונות.
