1.1 The Franchisor grants to the Master Franchisee during the period of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the exclusive right to carry on the Business within the Territory at such locations as may be determined by the Master Franchisee from time to time (the "Premises" or the "Shops", which may include mono brand stores, shop in shops, branded corners, etc), directly or through sub-franchisees approved by the Franchisor, such approval not being unreasonably withheld by the Franchisor, in accordance with this Agreement utilizing the Trade Name, the Mark, the System and the Equipment. .
