The management of the components modifications, as well as end of serial product obsolescence, shall be made on a case by case basis and in cooperation with the managing (technical, quality and commercial) personnel. In the event that there is a residual quantity of components on which Purchaser is engaged, an obsolescence management file will be established by Supplier including all justification.
