responsável O apinhamento mandibular é consequência/ o resultado de se ter optado pela não extracção, daí o termo "responsável" exprimir exactamente o inverso e não ser por isso adequado. Eu optaria por "atribuível".

Amenable Amenable would be closer to favorable (favorável) than to responsible. One might also prefer "without (sem) extraction" to "nonextraction".

Realmente, com todo o respeito, "responsável" aqui tem o sentido inverso. Neste caso, "amenable" = que se presta ao tratamento conservador (sem extração do[s] dente[s]).
