Это катушка с леской на которой есть поводки с блеснами или с живой наживкой. Их много. Пускают с лодки такую лесу - метров 50 или 100 и плывут в это время, а рыбка - ловится.

"Траление", наверное, тоже называется.

Укр. буде "тралення" - "бортове тралення" (ще э "кормове тралення")

або ще, можливо, то \"вивести рибу (з води)\" але як є winch - то все ж буде спосіб ловлі.
