Japanese term

設定メモリ

Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Computers (general)
たとえば、しきい価設定メモリ。Threshold value memory又は、threshold setting memory等いろいろ考えられますが、GoogleやKudoZ Glossaryでは、これだと言える例が見つかりません。皆さんのご意見は、どうでしょうか。

threshold level (setting) memory

I would suggest using "level", because you have 「価」there.
"Threshold level memory" is perfectly fine, but if you want to be very explicit, you can say "threshold level setting memory", although I feel this a bit clumsy.
You can find plenty of examples for these on Google.

agree Kaori Myatt : sounds convincing

neutral Maynard Hogg : Threshold is a level, so stop padding the word count.

threshold (value) setting memory

Dear Sir,
both are possible, I think.
Originally, threshold is considered as threshold value.
I will be appreciated if it is helpness or something to you.
expect your opinion.
Best regards.

[variable or memory address] holding threshold setting

My clients persist on misusing メモリ this way for both values in volatile (RAM) and non-volatile (Flash ROM, EEPROM, etc.).

BTW, only rank amateurs translate 記憶する as "remember".

Speaking of padding word counts...
My real suggestion is plain ¥"threshold setting¥" because, in most contexts, the physical device holding that setting is either obvious or irrelevant or both.
