divorce granted
Example sentence:
Can a spouse successfully prevent a court from granting a divorce?
Supreme Court grants man divorce from wife who crumpled his dress, and life too

Note from asker:
A suit for divorce and termination of parental rights. Только я не у верена, какой глагол используется со suit: to grant, to satisfy, ...? |

respect/satisfy a petition
I think it would be rather a petition than a claim, as the latter is usually when compensation for some damages is sought, while a petition is just a request for some court ruling (in this case - a divorce decision).
