Думаю будет I practice wrestling но не enjoy wrestling.
Так как это тот спорт, которым я занимаюсь, а получать удовольствие можно от многого:))

Без контекста однозначно ответить на Ваш вопрос не могу.

Самый простой ответ: to wrestle.

Например, I wrestle, kayak, hike and play tennis.

или

I enjoy wrestling, kayaking, hiking and tennis.

Если вдаваться в технические подробности, то все зависит от уровня мастерства:

practice competitive wrestling
undergo wrestling training
go for wrestling practice

Вот такие разные варианты

agree Rachel Douglas : "He practices karate" is fine for a specific type of martial art. For an informal option, "to do" - "he does tai chi." / Not sure. Maybe "I enjoy..." if the Q is "what's your hobby"? Otherwise it depends on the sport. "I wrestle", but "I practice karate."

If this is for a resume, I think "I enjoy wrestling + blah-blah" is best. Would you agree?

Take part in combat sports

This would include boxing, martial arts etc.
Peer comment(s):

agree Angelina Kovaleva : Both answers are good, but "combat sports" is a more all-encompassing term (i.e., not just martial arts or karate).
