I think this sentence is out of a poem and the right typing should be "ve yüzleşir cinsellikle bir tek cumartesileri, hem de gece"

Sorry for seeing your note after a very long time but let me help you about the meaning of this sentence:
Most probably it is about a person who only finds an opportunity to have sex on saturdays nights.
If i guess right this line may also be about a gay man/women who only go to clubs/bars on saturday nights and faces his/her real sexual identity. Morover, this sentence may also mean that he/she hides his real sexual identitiy excep saturday nights.
This is what i understand from this line but if you like please send the whole text to that i could help you better.
