والاخير الت اليه بطريق التخصيص من جهاز مدينة القاهرة الجديدة بكود حجز ( ……………) بناء على الطلب المقدم منه , وحيث يرغب الطرف الاول في بيعها والتنازل عنها لعدم حاجتة لها حاليا آو مستقبلا و لاقي ذلك قبولا من الطرف الثاني وعليه تم الإتفاق و التراضي بين الطرفين على ما يلي :

يعتبر التمهيد السابق جزء لا يتجزأ من هذا العقد ومكملا له.

( البند الثاني )
- باع الطرف الأول وأسقط وتنازل بكافة الضمانات الفعلية والقانونية للطرف الثانى القابل لذلك ما هى قطعة الأرض رقم
( C52 ) المنطقة ( c ) الحي الرابع - بيت الوطن ومساحتها ( 600 م) وقد الت ملكيتها للطرف الأول عن طريق الشراء من السيد ………. , بموجب عقد بيع نهائى مؤرخ 1 / 12 / 2020 والتوكيل رقم بتاريخ: / /2020 م مكتب توثيق /
والاخير اقر بانها الت اليه بطريق التخصيص من جهاز مدينة القاهرة الجديدة بكود حجز ( …………) بناء على الطلب المقدم منه والموصوفة بالتمهيد السابق وهذا البيع موقوف على سداد كمل الثمن المتفق عليه .

- Both parties mutually acknowledge their sufficient legal capacity to execute this contract, and they aren’t subject to the provision of the General Safety and its laws, so they agree on the following:
Preamble
- The first party owns building plot no. (C52) in zone no. (c), 4th neighborhood, Bait El Watan Initiative, its area is (600m), the first party declares that the ownership had been transferred to him through purchase from Mr.\................................................................ dated
1\12\2020, Authority number dated: \\2020, at notarization office\
And this building plot had been transferred to the other one through the assignment from New Cairo's Government Office of reservation code (…………) upon his request, and since the first party willing to sell and waive it due to no present or further need, and the second party accepted it, therefore, the two parties agreed on the following:

The previous preamble is a supplementary integral part of this contract and interpreting its provisions.

- The first party sell, waive and release with all the real and legal guarantees to the second party, who hereby accepts, building plot No.
(C52), zone(c), 4th neighborhood - Bait El Watan Initiative, its area is (600m), and it’s ownership has been transferred to the first party through purchase from Mr.\................under a Final sale contract dated 1\12\2020, Authority number ........ dated: \ \2020, at notarization office\
And the other one declared that this building plot had been transferred to him through the assignment from New Cairo's Government Office of reservation code (…………………) upon his request, which is descripted in the above preamble, and this sale is suspended till the full payment of the agreed price.
