Patient information leaflet, Summary of Product Charateristics, plus Labelling text and instructions for a medicinal product. You'll need to use the European Medical Agency's template for the parts of the text that are general, but you'll need to have a good grasp of medical terminology and translation for the rest of it. Willingness and ability to use Memoq would help, as that is our CAT tool of choice, but other programs are also fine.
