Hello,

When I first installed SDL Trados 2007 I only added English, French and Spanish languages for Winalign, but now I urgently need to align a text from German into Spanish and I have no idea how to do it. Obviously German is not in my Wignalign "Source languages".

Any idea of how to do it??

A possible solution May 12, 2012

Try defining the German text as English and see how it works. If the results are acceptable, export the TM in TMX format, open the TMX file in a text editor (e.g. Notepad) and carefully replace the English language id's with German ones.

Otherwise, you'll need to reinstall Trados.
