Set for fixing transparent boards on a ***skylight***

Technical Field
The technical solution relates to skylights consisting of a base structure
covered with transparent boards. The base structure is mostly made of metal and the
transparent boards are generally made of polycarbonate. The solution mainly deals
with sets for fixing transparent boards on the base structure of the skylight while in
their final shape these boards may be level or bent in an arch.
Background Art
At present, information is available about many existing types of structures of
anchoring nodes designed for installation and fixation of transparent boards on the
base structure of a skylight. Such structures generally have a marginal or rather
peripheral supporting profile that transversal stringers are fixed to, if they are used,
but it is mainly the supporting profiles of transparent boards that are attached to this
peripheral profile or laid in it. Along the perimeter of the skylight these boards must
be fixed to the peripheral profile. In principle, this fixation is accomplished with
glazing and fixing strips with a cross-section that is similar to the shape of a U-profile
and that are pushed to their position with yokes fixed with screws in the axial
direction towards the supporting profiles.
