Labelling according to Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act Explanation: As far as I know, there is 「전기용품 및 생활용품 안전관리법」(or abbreviation「전기생활용품안전법」), not 「전기용품안전 관리법」. The official translation of 「전기용품 및 생활용품 안전관리법」by the Ministry of Government Registration is Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act. Reference: http://www.law.go.kr/ |

Description based on the Electrical Appliances Safety Control Act Explanation: This is the official English name of the act according to the 국가법령정보센터 website. Depending on context, it could also be something like "Labeling under the Electrical Appliances Safety Control Act" or "Labeling pursuant to the Electrical Appliances Safety Control Act" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 26 mins (2017-08-17 20:48:36 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- To be clear, the government website at law.go.kr lists "Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act" as the English translation for 전기용품 및 생활용품 안전관리법. Perhaps this act supersedes the 전기용품안전 관리법, but the official translation for the 전기용품안전 관리법 is the "Electrical Appliances Safety Control Act". |
