In order to ensure and protect the legitimate interests of the clients I always have to look for ways to overcome the difficulties.
Translation - Russian Как практикующий юрист, я постоянно сталкиваюсь с несовершенством законов, регламентирующих отношения в области предпринимательства и бизнеса. Нередко иностранные компании, инвестирующие свои капиталы в экономику Узбекистана и способствующие экономическому развитию страны, в своей повседневной работе испытывают значительные затруднения ввиду несоответствия законов республики западным нормам права, что создает необоснованные препятствия для успешного ведения бизнеса.
