Source text - English Conventional antianginal agents such nitrates, calcium channel antagonists, beta-adrenoceptor antagonists and nicorandil are effective particularly in patients in whom chest pain and ECG changes are clearly suggestive of myocardial ischemia and in those with objective documentation of ischemia. Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors have been shown to be useful in syndrome X patients with increased adrenergic tone, borderline systemic hypertension, and those with documented endothelial dysfunction. Pharmacological agents such as imipramine and aminophylline have been assessed in recent years with encouraging results. Psychological treatment appears to be useful in defined patient subsets. Relaxation techniques such as meditation have been successfully used and shown to improve not only chest pain but also exercise-induced ST segment changes. Reports indicate that these techniques improve quality of life.

Source text - English We report a case of aortic pseudoaneurysm associated with a fractured bare Cheatham-Platinum stent following stenting for aortic coarctation. These complications were recognized 6 years after the implantation procedure and were successfully managed by percutaneous stent graft implantation. Staged approach for stent dilatation might prevent development of aortic pseudoaneurysms. In addition, careful follow-up is warranted, particularly in patients with recognized aortic wall injury.

Данное осложнение, выявленное через 6 лет после установки стента, было успешно устранено путем чрескожной имплантации стент-графта. Поэтапный подход к дилатации стента может предотвратить развитие псевдоаневризмы аорты. Кроме того, особенно у пациентов с подтвержденным повреждением стенки аорты, необходимо тщательное послеоперационное наблюдение.

Source text - English The body can absorb vitamin B12 in two ways: active and passive. The active absorption of vitamin B12 requires a transport protein, the so-called intrinsic factor, which can be impaired by many factors. Taking the passive route, the vitamin can enter the blood by itself through the mucous membrane of the small intestine. This path requires the presence of enough available vitamin B12. The new liquid dosage form with a high dose of 500 μg Vitamin B12 enables the passive absorption through the intestinal mucosa, bypassing the intrinsic factor.
The essential vitamin B12 influences numerous processes in the human body and plays a role in energy metabolism and the nervous system. It also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports the normal functions of the immune system and contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Above all, strict vegetarians and vegans as well as older people should ensure a sufficiently high supply of this important vitamin.

Source text - English Many times in history, Christianity happened to be the State religion of a nation. This per se does not imply the end of religious freedom or a lack of respect for other religions, as we clearly see in those contemporary European countries where Christianity is the official religion and enjoys a special status. By the way, even when Christianity became the official religion of the Roman Empire in the fourth Century, other religions kept flourishing without facing further consequences, unless for the performance of official religious duties linked with the public administration, which were no longer carried out by pagan priests. Unfortunately, in later centuries up to the 20th century, Christian religion has occasionally been misused as a tool to implement political goals or justify inequalities among human beings. Quite a paradoxical situation for a religious founder like Jesus who said, “My kingdom is not of this world.”
Translation - Russian Христианство неоднократно в истории признавалось государственной религией в той или иной стране. Это само по себе не означает ни конца религиозной свободы, ни неуважения к другим религиям, как мы ясно видим в тех современных европейских странах, где христианство остается официальной религией и пользуется особым статусом.
