MemoQ 2014 6.2.15 can't use Microsoft translate plugin to auto translate English to Chinese

I select "English" as my Source language, "Chinese(PRC)" as my Target language, when I use "pre-translate" button, this warning show up:

Language pair: eng -> zho-CN; Machine translation requested but your preferred MT plugin does not support this language pair


if I change my project Target language to language other than Chinese, like Japanese, everything work fine.
