Is there an application (preferably free) that allows to search my local TMs on a MS computer without a CAT tool?

I remember many years ago I used something like Intelliwebsearch or XBench for this purpose. I forgot the exact name. I've checked IWS and XB now and they don't look like what I want.

Xbench (old version is free; new version is paid) can do it, but the best is probably TMLookup (open source).

My symantec antivirus said TMlookup was not safe and removed it...

Well, it turns out that my TMs cannot be used by XBench.

I have MTX files and when I load them to XBench it says
XML Parsing Error 101: "< ? xml " expected (Row=1 Pos=1)
