So far, I could only find Eztitle, Wincaps (both expensive) and Subtitlenext (more affordable). Any other, ideally free ?

It's an Open Source program (free) and it works with the Dragon.

Thanks for the info. Have you tried both ? If so, how do they compare in your opinion ?
