Hi,
I need to review a subtitle translated file in OOONA.

But after creating a project, applying the settings etc. the subtitles underneath along the sound wave seemed "blocked" . I cannot change the timing of the subtitles.

I can only type in the right column (target language) and change the text.

Do you know why this happens?

Do I need to check an extra box/feature?

Thanks,
Cristina

Re: OOONA Sep 7, 2022

Hi Cristina,

I presume you are talking about OOONA Review Pro? By default, you should be able to adjust the timing. If you were unable to do that, it could only mean one thing: your client locked the subtitles. If so, there's nothing you can do about it.

Hi, you can try unlock it from project settings.

Huh, so you can. I stand corrected.
