Outlook opens always when creating return package

Dear community,

I face the following issue: Always, when I create a return package, MS Outlook as part of the Office suite will open and ask me to be set.

I don´t use Outlook, and I deaktivated all functions of it. Unfortunately it is not possible to deinstall the program.

Do you know what is going on here, and how I can prevent it from opening alle the time?
