Hello, I have opened a ticket on *November 20* to move my domain hosting from ambernow.com to amber. eu.com The first answer I got was on *Jan 09* "I'm sorry for the delay, update your DNS and then contact me again" Which I did immediately. Since then, total silence. I've reopened a new ticket on *Feb 01* to ask what's going on but it has been totally ignored. I'm wasting my money on a new domain which I have not been a... Now I would like to create a new site, but an error message appears when I try to Manage Domains: "Error: Domain workfortranslators.com does not exist with OpenSRS If you have recently registered or transferred this domain, it may take a few days to appear here." Can anyone advise me how to solve this problem? The domain is not registered for over a year, so this error message will not disappear by itself. I'm really considering paying for another domain and hosting somewhere else and if that happens, one of the main reasons to continue to be a paying member with Proz disappears. Hi Andrew, I have submitted a ticket on Jan 9th. In March 2007, I moved my domain name to ProZ. Since January 2008, I cannot receive the emails linked with my domain name. I have the option of renewing. Please get back to me, otherwise, I will have to move my domain name somewhere else, which I am reluctant to do. Cheers, Laure | |

Looks like web hosting service is in the lowest priority on Proz.com. Couple of times I dealt with that issue and it took few days to be resolved (very fast in comparison with 3 months for people here ). Right now I've got really ridiculous problem - their system reports that I am out of space: "This account has used 80.50% (80.50 Megs) of its allocated disk space", while I've got only one file of some 10 Kb there.
