I think the good people at the Jarir Bookstore in Garden Grove, California, have some bilingual dictionaries, glossaries, and related references on a wide range of sports. Some of those very likely include baseball-related terms.

Jarir has many distributorships for the US, and so it carries titles from publishers in UK (i.e., Saqi Books), Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia (i.e., Obeikan and Jarir), Jordan, and other sources.
