Why me?

1. I guarantee the confidentiality of my clients' documents

Admittedly, the bulk of the work I do comes in an electronic form, but I do my

utmost to guarantee its confidentiality. Accordingly, I will use

your documents only for the purposes of translation. Your information will not under

any circumstance be disclosed, because I will do my very best to preserve them.

2. My methods of payment are flexible

After the delivery of a translation job, I send you an invoice for payment by

Paypal, bank wire, Money Gram, or Western Union. Please inform me if you prefer other

methods of payment. Rates and terms of payment are to be agreed .

3. My rates are competitive

I know that translation is one of the budget-consuming services of a company,

especially when it increasingly faces daily major communication-related

challenges. This is why I offer competitive prices, which take into account not

only the ever-increasing competition, but also the following factors: regularity of

collaboration, volume and format of the text to be translated etc.

Whatever the case, I am open to negotiation. In fact, I am ready and will be

pleased to discuss with you to agree on a price that suits your budget.

4 I guarantee quality

I deliver quality service to you and intend to provide you with guarantees in

this regard.

First, I accept to do translation tests free of charge, so that you can decide for

yourself if I am up to the task you want to entrust to me.

Secondly, you have enough time to appreciate and possibly question the

translation I deliver to you.

Thirdly, in the event of a minor query, the errors will be corrected free of

charge, without additional charges.

5. I respect deadlines

I am committed to respecting the deadlines set by my clients and welcome any

other guarantee that the client would like to suggest.

6. My working languages and fields of specialisation

My working languages are solely English and French. I do not accept work in

another language than these. Also, when a job is not in my area of specialisation, I better help the client find someone who is better placed to do the job.
