Sylvia, thanks for your suggestion (indeed, you are not the only one working on a Sunday!!). The contract is between the operator of an international market near Paris and a company that produces and distributes energy. The only context I have is mentioned in my question as reference is actually only made to the agreement in another document.

More context would be helpful. Can you give a bit more detail about what kinds of companies the contract is between? What the management arrangement is between them as regards the contract?

operations market with a public corporation

régie intéressée - I think means here a public corporation, which would make sense when you are talking about distributing energy (see GDT for that one)

it could be exploitation rather than operations, but it has a slant to it (as exploiting people rather than resources)
it depends on the rest of your context, of course
