Discussion

Johannes Gleim Dec 26, 2009:
@ asker (and bérengère) you may know or can imagine, whether it deals with power supply for hairdryers or not, but from the context it is unclear, whether "sèche" means "sèche-cheveux" or not and whether "seiche" is a typing error.
In any case, please enter the correct source and target terms into the KudoZ glossary to allow other peers searching and finding.
Sheila Wilson Dec 14, 2009:
I think maybe I have ... My 53-y-o hands are as dry as the cuttles they throw back into the sea. I couldn't believe that the first time I saw it at Boulogne-sur-Mer - I didn't know there WAS anything more to a cuttlefish than budgie food. Maybe that says something about the French and the English!
Bourth (X) Dec 14, 2009:
Wot, Sheila! You've obviously never suffered from cuttlefish hands, a dreadful affliction you get from being pecked by budgies.
Sheila Wilson Dec 14, 2009:
If the problem is with "seiche" I suggest you try looking for "sèche"

pourquoi votre interrogation sur"cheveux" quand dès le départ on parle de "mains" dans "séche-mains"???
