The Asset Manager is not empowered to dispose of the assets in the form of securities and/or cash belonging to the Client nor notably to deduct or withdraw them by counter transaction or by transfer.

Che la figura incaricata della gestione finanziaria non possa disporre degli asset mi sorprende. Ma che possa cederli mi lascia altrettanto dubbiosa. Quale dei due sensi vi pare quello giusto?
