Witam Państwa. Trudno powiedzieć, co autor miał na myśli mówiąc o "advance default". Czy w treści jest jeszcze jakieś odniesienie do tego terminu lub samego "advance"? I jaki jest szerszy kontekst? Chodzi o niewykonanie/niewywiązanie się z umowy ogólnie czy o brak płatności?
