For this particular context, I would rephrase the sentence and use one of these standard phrases used in help wanted ads.

"kein Fremdwort sein" means that the company is looking for people who possess the qualities listed. It would sound awkward if you were to try to duplicate the wording (actually, it sounds somewhat stilted and awkward in German, too).

meaning the applicant should demonstrate the enumerated qualities. just a roundabout way of saying it.

there are several ways to translate this into English even though I would not use the actual translation for Fremdwort = foreign word.
