French term

postes d'achat

French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) From a machinery equipment and supplies wholesaler
Hi all -

I am translating document from a machinery equipment and supplies wholesaler in France.

I am not sure how to best translate "postes d'achat" given the context below.

Context:
Consultations:

Thanks for any help you can offer!
Michael

Purchase items; items to be purchased

Consultations should commence no later than 8 days from receipt of the client's order. The more time we have to negotiate, the more leeway we have and the better our prices.
All purchase items must be finalised at the latest 3 weeks before work commencement;
