I'm pretty sure that doesn t exist. Either there's a noun missing after it or it's meant to be legal brief.

Seeing that this is related to real estate, I would think “brief legal” is short for ‘brief legal description’- Katasterangaben

Katasterangaben sind z.B.Gemeinde, Gemarkung, Flur , Flurstück
