18.2 Arbitration
18.2.1 Subject to Clause 18.3 (Option to Litigate) any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Loan Agreement, including, but not limited to, any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, enforcement, breach or termination (a "Dispute"), shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (the "Rules"), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Clause.

18.2. Arbitraža
18.2.1. U skladu sa članom 18.3. (Pravo na pokretanje parnice), svaki spor, kontraverza ili potraživanje koje proističe iz ili je vezana za Sporazum o zajmu, uključujući ali ne ograničavajući se na bilo koje pitanje u pogledu njegovog postojanja, važenja, tumačenja, izvršenja, kršenja ili raskida („Spor”), isključivo se i konačno rešava arbitražom shodno Arbitražnim pravilima Međunarodnog arbitražnog suda u Londonu („Pravila”), čija se pravila smatraju sastavnim delom samom činjenicom da se pominju u ovom članu.

(e) The provisions of Article III of the Original Guarantee Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into, and made a part of, this Agreement as if fully set forth herein in full, mutatis mutandis and (without prejudice to the generality thereof) as if reference therein to this «Agreement» were to this Agreement.
(e) Odredbe članka VII. Osnovnog Ugovora o zajmu, ovim se pozivanjem ugrađuju i postaju dijelom ovog Ugovora kao da su u cijelosti navedene u ovom Ugovoru, mutatis mutandis i (bez utjecaja na njihovu općenitost) kao da je pozivanje na ovaj »Ugovor« u njima pozivanje na ovaj Ugovor.
