In a German transvaginal sonography (tvs) for woman with uterine fibroid (not pregnant):
"tvs: ut retro, SL normal, Em opB, V.a. intram Myom..."
Can anyone please help me for the meaning of "SL normal". Please see my other question for "Em". I understand the rest of it.

Sorry, Patricia, I deleted my agree as I am not sure anymore.
I don't think it means "Sondenlänge", though, as this can't be determined by TVs.
