Ukoliko zaposleni migrira na drugu poziciju, ali istog nivoa, menadžer može odlučiti o povećanju zarade od XX%.
Obično se povećanje u ovakvim situacijama daje ukoliko nova pozicija zahteva značajno veće odgovornosti, kompleksnost ili zahteva posebne veštine.
To mi je podnaslov za ova dva pasusa. Ja bih rekao "horizontal movement/migration", al ne daje mi gugl bas neke dobre rezultate za te pojmove, a nista drugo mi ne pada na pamet sad...
