What I have found is that if I realise (after moving to another cell) that I should revert the changes that I had just made, the only way of doing that is to create a copy of the Excel file and then copy/paste the sections that I have already done, or... if I had remembered to save recently, to revert to a saved version of Excel and then *redo* all the work that I had done since that last save. I'm using Excel 2003 on Windows XP Pro SP2. Thanks! Samuel == Added: I just noticed that it's worse than I thought -- even within a cell, I can only undo *one* change. Pressing Ctrl+Z more than once simply reverts the reversion of the single most recent change.

I am using MS 2007 but i remember undo and redo buttons are located in 'Edit'. Do you even see menu bar?? Menu bar is located on the top (file, edit, view...). If you don't see menu bar, than open view > tollbars > check menu bar

Hi, Samuel! There is Undo function in Excel 2003. If you enter something in cell, for example, A1 and then move to another cell, open Edit menu and first item will be (or at least it should be) "Undo Typing XYZ in A1". Also, you can place button on toolbar (left curved arrow icon) that will enable you to do several undos in order changes been made.
