Hello!

I am trying to download/install MSN in my new laptop and I can't do it.

I was asked to send a SMS to the number 4144 (2€). I did it and received a SMS stating the same. I did it again and received another SMS "now send a last SMS...". I did so and got a code.

The code doesn't work.

Anyone with te same problem?

Where can I make a claim about that?

Did you download directly from the Microsoft web site?

When downloading software, it's generally best to do so from the software company's own web site. That way you're not likely to be scammed.
