Anyone having trouble proceeding with TILDE trial (term extraction)?

I've been researching commercial term extraction options and am specifically interested in TILDE, among others. They won't let you subscribe for pay outright and offer a trial first, promising to process the request in one business day. I requested a trial a couple of weeks ago, no reply, other than the notification that the request was received. Recently I tried making another request using a different email address to no avail. Is anyone having the same problem?
